Position : Regional Planning Manager
Responsibilities:
Understand and leverage global inventory strategy
Analyze inventory position in all APAC warehouses, develop inventory strategies, manage action plans with timeline, and work with different parties for successful executions
Develop yearly inventory target for APAC region based on global target
Monitor/ track the progress and work with management team to make sure everyone is reaching targets
Review sales/ inventory/ margin, propose actions plans, and execute the approved plan
Anticipate and proactively manage inventory risks and opportunities
Refine current processes and challenge innovation
Maximize revenue from inventory investment
Provide guidelines to enhance proper inventory provisions
Support different planning team operations and pricing activities
Manage Fossil India planning team and India factory with their purchase
Support and drive implementation of new systems and processes
Participate in different company projects
Desired Skills and Experience:
University degree or equivalent work experience
6 years of experience in inventory planning, logistics, allocations, replenishments or buying
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail environment
Proficient knowledge of computer skills such as documents, spreadsheets and presentations
SAP or similar ERP system knowledge
Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills
Great attention to detail and accuracy
