Responsibilities:Â Â
- Responsible for all post GO LIVE support infrastructure in terms of managing, troubleshooting & prioritizing tickets with the IT support teams
- Work with APAC and local country business teams to put together business requirement document (BRD) for various technology related projects
- Partner with Global IT, APAC IT and local country teams on project developments, quality assurance, iterations for project execution in line with the BRD
- Conduct and sign-off UAT from APAC business team side while partnering with all relevant parties. Be an active part of system integration testing and all projects related communications in the pre-UAT phase
- Actively participate in the post implementation for any production issues and raise them with the global project team
- Work with subsidiary markets on training arrangements and SOP preparation for project rollouts
- Receive the future enhancements requests from various stakeholders, assess impact (along with prioritization) that must be taken up by the project team on an ongoing basis
 Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor (Master preferred) in Engineering/ IT/ Computer Science or other relevant technical studies
- Holder of certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or any other recognized equivalent certification in the field of Operations or Project Management are preferred
- 2-5 years of work experience in IT/ eCommerce/ Technology companies; Fresh graduates welcome
- Experience in technology related project roll-outs to audience with diverse background & culture is a plus
- Experience as a Technical Lead, Project Lead, Project Manager or equivalent in eCommerce, IT/ Technology projects with stakeholders spanning across the globe and across different time zones are preferred
- Interested in eCommerce
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Knowledge of Japanese or Korean is a plus
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
