As we continue to accelerate our overall transformation we are pleased to announce the promotion of Sunil Doshi, Senior Vice President Global Finance & Accounting and Chief Accounting Officer, to Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, effective March 28, 2021. Sunil will assume the CFO position from Jeff Boyer, who remains our EVP, Chief Operating Officer, and a member of Fossil Group’s Office of the Chairman. Sunil who is a financial veteran joined us in June of last year and previously served as our Chief Financial Officer for the Americas region from 2012 to 2015.
