Position: Order Planner (Leather)
Responsibilities:
- Purchase Order issuance & production tracking management
- Manage purchase & production timeline with various departments and factories
- End-to-end orders tracking, and monitor for timely & efficient delivery schedules
- Coordinate closely between overseas office and factories for production follow-up
Required Skills & Experience:
- Tertiary education or above
- 3 years experience, preferably in handbag accessories
- Attention to detail, good task accuracy and organization skills; proven problem solver
- Sense of urgency & responsibility
- Familiar with MS Excel especially VLookup / Pivotable
- Familiar with SAP / ERP
- Proficient communication skills with fluency in English, Cantonese & Mandarin Chinese
- Immediately availability is highly preferred
