Position : Senior Supply Chain and Commodity Manager
Responsibilities:

Supply Chain & Commodity Management

Develop sourcing strategies and manage a high quality supply chain with regard to cost, quality and delivery performance
Develop and implement commodity sourcing strategies
Lead & communicate supplier selection process
Identify & Qualify World Class suppliers
Manage agreed supplier strategy (diversification/consolidation of supply base) and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Implement tactical and strategic procurement processes, and related operational performance
Conduct professional bids and tenders and implementing new or modified sources of supply in accordance with agreed strategies, including drafting and negotiating the terms of contracts and agreements in accordance with company standards
Develop and implement supplier evaluation, supplier audit and supplier development processes and tools
Manage the use of analytics to identify strategic cost reduction opportunities (E.g. Commercial Analysis (spending, and cost), COO Analysis, Transparent Supply Chain , Predictive Costing, Supply Risk Modeling)
Drive Should Cost modeling (collaborating with other departments. E.g. product cost input from Product department)
Supplier Management

Develop and manage Supplier Management team
Manage/coordinate/plan regular on-site QBR sessions, collecting input from cross-functional teams to support such reviews
Execute on-site QBR sessions with key CMs and suppliers, and identify action plans for gap resolution
Ensure procurement related risks (cost, quality and availability) are controlled and mitigated
Conduct formal NPI Build Readiness & Post Mortem reviews with key suppliers

Desires Skills & Experience:

5+ years of relevant procurement experience (preferably within consumer electronics industry in Asia)
At least 3 years management experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field, Masters’ degree or above is preferred
Experience from full range of strategic procurement activities involving: Planning, sourcing, supplier / contract / risk management / etc.
Ability to lead and provide assistance to a team of experienced procurement professionals
Good strategic thinker with the ability to go from strategy to tactical execution
Strong stakeholder management skills and able to interact and communicate at all levels of the company
Must be a self-motivated, well organized and positive person that works/plays well with others
Excellent English and Cantonese skills essential + Mandarin a big advantage
Ability to travel within and outside Asia 20-40% depending on program phase
