| Responsibilities: Responsible for SAP related Activities like Material master Creation, BOM creation. Design and Development of New styles as per input from HK and US PD teams with in assigned timeline.Interaction with supplier on daily development activity Product costing in coordination with VD and Accounts. Responsible for working on ECR, ECN. Interaction with HK and US team for sample inputs and corrections in components.Responsible for time study for new styles. Responsible or Pilot lot assembly and share findings with VD, Supplier, NPD and Quality teams. Sample assembly of new style and sharing details with HK & US PD teamsStudy requirement for new processes,inspection, tools, fixtures etc during sample making and pilot run of production. Requirements: ·       B.E Mechanical/Diploma Mech. or Tool Design. ·       Experience in NPD (New product development) process. ·       Experience in SAP MM Module ·       Knowledge of Solid works (3D modeling and Surfacing), AutoCAD & Corel Draw. ·      Average and above written communication ·      Age Group – Around (24-30) |
